[NEW BELL SCHEDULE]

Textbook and Schedule Pick Up
If you were unable to pick up your textbooks last week, the office will be open from 8:30-4:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 8 and 9. If you still can’t pick up your books, check in with the office before school, at break, or lunch on the first day, August 10, and they will schedule an after school pick up for you.

Students with Open Periods
Juniors and Seniors with Open Periods during the school day (periods 2-6) please meet in the media center (across from the Front Desk). We need you to be here for attendance and safety purposes. You will be marked absent if you are not there. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Add/Drop Policy

In February of the 2016-17, UPA’s Board of Trustees approved the policy for adding and dropping courses within the first few weeks of the school year. This policy was then distributed to students in their “digital registration packet” last March. As a reminder, From schedule distribution through the end of first full week of school – no changes permitted. Only in cases where the school has made a specific error affecting a student’s schedule such as a misplacement or repetition can changes be made. Attached here is the policy: [ADD/DROP POLICY]

For questions about your student’s schedule, please contact their grade level counselor.

For returning parents, your existing information is still in Schoology, and you will not need any new codes or passwords. If you have trouble accessing Schoology for any reason, please submit a ticket to this form: https://goo.gl/forms/5s9JWu1BAtRkFDdc2
